1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended only for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page, you represent that this is true. We may request photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to comply with gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Whiteoceanshores or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
